Range of the Services and Activities of the Institute
The Charity Institution of Hiway Zheyan is able to meet the needs of the poor people through the donations of charitable volunteers. So, relying on the capabilities of you, the esteemed donors, and the institution will be able to play a role consistent with the needs of the society. Consequently, on the basis of your capabilities and interest, you as a respectable volunteer can announce the kind of partnership and cooperation with the institution in the 'cooperation form' through choosing one or a set  of the following services and activities.

Assistance Unit
Definition: Accepting assistance seekers (the poor) consistent with keeping humans' dignity in order to support them in the upcoming stages
Explanation of the activities of the Assistance Providing Unit
1.    Identification of the poor families and establishment of communication with them to seek their confidence
2.    Preparing reports of the economic conditions of the poor families to meet their needs
3.    Efforts to recognize the cultural and social  pathology of the poor families
4.    Efforts to keep the dignity and the humane values of the poor families in accordance with keeping their  secrets, characteristics, and dignities
5.    Identification of the potential gifts of the poor families and introducing them to the entrepreneurship units

Entrepreneurship Unit
   Definition: Efforts to create job for the needy people who are under the cover of the institution and creating a culture of independence
Description of the activities of the entrepreneurship unit
1.    Identification  and selection of the people needing job and the establishment of information bank
2.    Introducing the unemployed people for the technical vocational skills training
3.    Introducing the skilled people to the accepting agencies for employment
4.    Introducing the skilled people for receiving financial aids for the creation of jobs
5.    Identification of job hunting  institutions for the employment of the poor people
6.    Enforcement of the spiritual and financial aids to the  employed people for the continuation of work spirit
7.    Identification of specialist persons  in the field of entrepreneurship for the purpose of cooperation and training of occupational skills
8.    Efforts towards creating jobs for the help seeking families
9.    Creation of opportunities for the production and selling of the produced manufactures of the help seekers families
10.    Counseling for the purpose of occupational promotion of the help seeker families
11.    Efforts toward culture making of cases like financial management period  with the promotion of self confidence, creating motivation and the increase of self esteem of the families especially among the youth
The most basic activities of the entrepreneurship unit
a.    Microeconomics plan
The provision of micro finance or micro economics is to provide the finance of the individuals in a small and integrated society by themselves and upgrading the living standards of people with low income. One of the important issues with respect to the provision of micro finance is to substitute the scientific and systematic methods for the traditional and common methods. These scientific methods enjoy a higher level of utility, effectiveness and guarantee. One of the main privileges of the micro finance provision plan is the possibility of using loans and the granted facilities from banks as the most valid financial institutions and the various guarantees relating to it. With the implementation of the micro finance provision plan, the self assisting groups enjoy characteristics such as:
1.    The self assisting group is small (the optimal number being between five and ten) so that the members can manage it.
2.    The established group functions as a financial institution liaison acting within locality.
3.    The self assisting group enjoys a mid-range perspective and the effort to achieve it means a reservoir of energy for the growth, development and maintaining its existence.

6.    The approach of this group is based on the 'associative banking' through the self assisting of the joined groups which has already been implemented by 'Bank-e Keshavarzi' which is a valid and powerful financial institution.

b.    Hiway Zheyan Store associated with the institution
The first step to secure income and employment in 2008 was the establishment of Hiway Zheyan Store. This store, in addition to direct employment of two persons, provided an allowance in the form of coupon for purchasing goods. In the meantime, the accrued interest of the store is retrieved to the financial cycle of the store and will be expended for the needy families. The store has attempted to buy high quality goods with a fair price for them and at the same time is a suitable bed for the employment activities of Hiway Zheyan Charity Institution. This store is located in the vicinity of Adab Mosque.

Educational Supports Unit
Definition:
Educational and academic supports of the students and university students of the families under the coverage of the unit
This unit was established to support and motivate the students of the families under the coverage of the unit, and with the cooperation of a group of   charitable teachers who had an honorary cooperation  with the unit set up preparatory classes to improve the educational level of the students and to pursue the causes of failures(if any)
Description of the activities
1.    Filling out the forms of the students' name of the poor families, the completion of the required documents (including the 'under education certificate', academic records of the past, etc.)
2.    Preparing a report of the academic status of the students through contacts with the afore-mentioned families and summoning the student to the institution
3.    In case a  student is deemed  apt for assistance, he/she will enjoy the following privileges:
a.    Preparatory and private classes
b.    Classes for preparation at  the university entrance examination with those institutes having contract with the institution
c.    Classes of speaking English at the institutes having contract with the institution
d.    Enjoying the institutions gifts in cases of academic achievements with documentations and proofs
4.    Participation in the recreational camps

Unit of medical supports
In case of any chronic physical or mental disorder, the families under the coverage of the institution may be introduced to the assisting GP and with his/her diagnosis he may be introduced to a specialist, medical centers or assisting institutes and the treatments will be offered free. If the patient cannot afford the expenses of drugs, he will be introduced by the institution to the assisting pharmacies up to a ceiling the drugs will be offered free or half-priced. If the person going to the institution needs social counseling or a psychiatrist, he will be introduced to the social counseling institutions or psychiatry cooperating with institution upon the diagnosis of the person in charge of the medical supports and social counseling of the unit so as to undergo social counseling or other necessary actions.
Other activities of the unit include provision and distribution of brochures to advertise health culture and to promote public awareness in preserving the health of the individuals and the society. This takes place via the cooperation of IT unit.
Supporting Unit
Definition: The supporting unit includes administrative and financial sections, warehouses, infrastructures, transportation and distribution of goods. All of these activities pertaining to the above mentioned sections are carried out in unit of the office in two shifts.
Description of the activities of the Supporting Unit:
1.    Efforts to meet the interests of the staff
2.    Responsibility for official correspondence, performing all the tasks pertaining to the insurances of the staff, recording of the customers' suits, and efforts toward establishing the  qualification management
3.    Recording the details of the financial spending for persons and the poor families
4.    Preparing and presenting financial balance at the end fiscal year
5.    Recording purchases information in the institution's computer
6.    Receiving donated goods from charitable people and its recording in the system and distributing it among the assistance seeking people
7.    Receiving the exact address of donated goods to the institution by the charitable people and transporting it to the poor families
8.    Providing a condition to increase utility and the optimal use of the facilities and the possibilities of the institutions
9.    Observing the appropriate principles of repairing and maintenance

Information Technology Unit
ITU is one of the pivotal units of the institution that establishes a close relationship between this unit and other units of the institutions. The activities of this unit can be investigated in four domains
Propagation Unit
This domain includes all the propagation activities of the institution such as designing, printing, the plan of giving ideas in all the propagations of the institution
Management domain
Participation in the related sessions and presenting approaches and having a pivotal role in the managing processes
Software and Hardware Unit
Investigating and solving the software and hardware problems. Further development of software and hardware of the institution
Information Technology Unit and Electronic Banking
Starting a high-pace internet, internet payment system and starting it in the website, positioning ATMs for quick delivery of money, and updating the institution's site

Quality Improvement Unit
QIU in the Hiway Zheyan charity institution was established to set up a qualification management system. One of the branches of this unit is ISO standard. Today the need of many organizations to this unit is worth pondering. In other words, one of the features of standardization is the way of management qualification of the organizations at the global level which are usually known with the following indices:
1.    A set of processes that cover the essential phases of occupation
2.    Controlling and improving the processes for their efficacy
3.    Recording appropriate information
4.    Controlling the faulty outputs, decision making and taking the right action for improvement
5.    Common investigation for ascertain  that the unique  processes and the quality management system  are right
6.    Continuous improvement of the processes and the products
Any company or institution which has the appropriate quality management system through an independent and approvable distinction may receive this standard certificate. Fortunately, Hiway Zheyan was able to receive this certificate in the late 2010.

Human Resources Unit
The role of human resources and its ever increasing importance is evident to everybody. In today's speeding and exuberant competition, what results in the attainment of competitive distinction in the organizations is the qualified, creative and dynamic human resources. Hiway Zheyan charity institution with a general aim is concerned with the attainment of the optimal results due to the group efforts of the staff and takes the following steps to attain this important goal:

2.    Fostering and developing the talents and skills of individuals
3.    Preserving and maintaining the capable forces and establishing desirable relationship among them
4.    Securing spiritual needs and ensuring the satisfaction of the personnel so as to create the required coordination between their personal goals  and the goals of the institution
